We offer mobile notary services and related document services. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or prepare legal documents unless specifically authorized by law.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. For certain services, including loan signings or extended appointments, payment may be due upon closing. We accept agreed-upon payment methods at the time of booking or service. Failure to provide payment may result in refusal of future services.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline any appointment at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving unsafe conditions, incomplete documentation, inability to properly identify the signer, or non-compliance with notarial laws.

All signers must present valid, government-issued photo identification at the time of the appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if proper identification is not provided or if we are unable to verify the identity of the signer.

All notarizations are performed in accordance with applicable state laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse notarization if the document is incomplete, contains blank spaces, or if the signer appears unwilling, unaware, or under duress.

We are not responsible for the content, legality, or accuracy of any documents notarized. Our responsibility is limited solely to performing the notarial act in accordance with state law.

Mobile service fees may apply based on distance, time, and urgency. These fees will be disclosed at the time of booking whenever possible.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or inability to meet notarial requirements.
